3. Services

We provide renovation and construction services, including but not limited to:

- Home improvements
- Extensions
- Refurbishments
- General building work
- Garden renovations, including landscaping, patios, decking, fencing, and outdoor structures

All services are subject to availability. Work will only commence after acceptance of a written quotation and receipt of a deposit.

4. Quotations, Contracts & Deposits

- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- A contract is formed only once a quotation has been accepted in writing and a deposit has been paid.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been purchased.
- Any changes to project scope must be agreed in writing and may result in revised charges.

5. Payment Terms

- Payment terms are outlined in your contract or invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not made as agreed.

6. Variations & Materials

- Any additional work outside the original quotation will be charged separately and must be agreed in writing.
- Materials specified in quotations may be substituted if unavailable; costs will be passed on.
- Clients are responsible for providing access to the property for delivery and storage of materials.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Supplier or labour shortages
- Access issues or unforeseen site conditions

Reasonable extensions to the project timeline will be communicated.

8. Consumer Cancellation Rights

- Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing the contract unless work has started with consent.
- Deposits may be retained if cancellation occurs after work has begun or materials purchased, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9. Complaints

Any complaint must first be raised directly with Liverpool Renovations Ltd to allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

10. Liability

We carry out services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing issues of any kind not identified prior to work, including but not limited to structural, electrical, plumbing, or hidden defects
- Delays outside our control (e.g., weather, supply shortages, or access issues)

Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value, except where prohibited by law.
